The work we do matters

Favcote has been family owned since 1989, and it still runs like one. The people who own this business know the crews by name, and our supervisors came up off the tools themselves. When something goes wrong at home, you talk to a person, not a portal.

• We look after our people. Life does not stop for a docking window. If you need time, flexibility or a hand with something, ask. We have never regretted backing someone who needed it.
• Direct employment. You work for Favcote, not a labour hire agency. Consistent hours, consistent crew, and a team that knows how you work.
• Training paid for. Confined space, working at height, respiratory fit testing and AMPP pathways funded by us. Your tickets are yours to keep.
• Work that means something. Navy ships and submarines, drinking water infrastructure, bridges people drive over every day.
• Somewhere to go. Blaster to leading hand to supervisor to project manager. Most of our supervisors came up that way, and we would rather promote you than advertise.
• Everyone goes home. Zero Harm is not a poster in the lunch room. We plan every job so the crew finishes it in one piece.
• Travel if you want it. Interstate mobilisation for availabilities and shutdowns, with allowances.
